Longtime Abilene TX Country morning host Dwayne ‘Doc’ Alexander passed away on Tuesday, October 15, at the age of 61.
Alexander and Kelly Jay have hosted mornings at Cumulus Media Country 99.7 KBCY Tye since 1999 after previously working together at times between 1987 and 1999 at crosstown 105.1 KEAN as the “Men In Boots”. Alexander also held programming roles at both stations at times including Operations Manager of Sunburst Broadcasting and APD/MD of KBCY.
