Family Radio Comes To Nashville With WFFI Purchase

Family Radio Harold CampingFamily Stations will be arriving in Nashville with the acquisition of 93.7 WFFI Kingston Springs TN from Educational Media Foundation for $2.1 million.

A network affiliation agreement will take effect on Tuesday, October 15 with the station launching its “Family Radio” Christian Preaching programming under new WFRW call letters. The deal includes WFFI’s tower property and marks Family Stations’ entry into the state of Tenn

EMF had acquired WFFI along with former simulcasters 94.1 WFFH Smyrna and 104.9 WBOZ Woodbury along with 99.5 KAIM-FM Honolulu HI in March for $7 million. It flipped WFFH to its “Air 1” network as WAIV and WBOZ to “K-Love” simulcasting 97.1 WLVU Belle Meade/Nashville as WLVN in June.
