A Saudi Arabian podcast episode titled “Secrets to Thriving Relationships” by Thmanyah has broken the Guinness World Record for the most viewed podcast episode on YouTube, amassing 110 million views.

This surpasses the previous record held by Joe Rogan‘s interview with Elon Musk, which garnered 68 million views over five years.

Thmanyah, meaning “eight” in Arabic, launched their show “Fnjan” in 2016. The name Fnjan means “small Arabic coffee cup” – it symbolizes intimate conversations akin to sharing a small Arabic coffee cup.

With over 350 episodes averaging more than 1 million views each, the podcast has established a loyal following in the Middle East, setting the stage for this record-breaking episode.

Hosted by Abdulrahman Abu Maleh, the record-breaking episode featured prominent relationship coach Yasser Al Hazimi, whose expertise on self-awareness and communication resonated deeply with listeners, covering universal themes like toxic relationships, bullying, and conflict resolution.

Al Hazimi’s direct advice and memorable soundbites were highly shareable on social media, enhancing the episode’s viral potential.

The podcast transcended language barriers, with 21 percent of viewers watching with English subtitles, and attracted a global audience – 74 percent of views came from outside Saudi Arabia, primarily from the 25-34 age group.
