Scott Shannon’s “True Oldies Channel” has returned to New York as Audacy has launched the station on 92.3 WINS-HD3.
The brand had been heard on 101.1 WCBS-HD3 from February 2021 until leasing that subchannel out to Carribbean “Roadblock Radio” on May 1.
WINS-HD3 had been home of Audacy’s LGBTQ+ “Channel Q“, which for the past few months has also been heard on 102.7 WNEW-HD2 and will remain there.
