Former SiriusXM SVP of Sports Programming Steve Cohen is joining VSiN as Executive Vice President of Sports Programming.
Cohen led Sports programming at SiriusXM from 2004 until exiting in May 2023 and moving into an advisory role. He also was a host on SiriusXM’s NFL Radio and Mad Dog Sports Radio during his tenure. Most recently he has led his own The Sports Content Lab developing sports radio and video programming.

He is a beloved manager with a track record of getting the best out of talent and a unique understanding of the importance of unbiased, credible information for sports bettors.”
In his new role Cohen will focus on identifying new talent, strengthening the network’s lineup, and creating additional content for broader distribution.

Prior to SiriusXM, Cohen spent 17 years at WFAN New York rising from a board operator to Executive Producer of the New York Jets and Giants radio networks. He also founded the Pro Football News and Injury Report in the early 1990s and has hosted shows for Westwood One, Fox Sports Radio, and written for publications including ESPN.com, the New York Daily News, New Haven Register, Seattle Post-Intelligencer and the Newark Star-Ledger.
