Longtime consultant Pat Welsh is now Program Director of Mount Wilson FM Broadcasters’ “Go Country 105” KKGO Los Angeles.
Welsh succeeds Michael Levine, who has programmed the station since 2016 and remains as Station and Sales Manager. Welsh had previously programmed Standards “Unforgettable FM” KKGO-HD3 for the company. He runs Pat Welsh Music Programming and served as SVP Of Digital Content for Pollack Media.
Owner Saul Levine told Country Aircheck, “He has a great background in Country radio in a more grassroots way than Michael or even myself. We are determined to regain our status as the nation’s top Country station.”
