Eagle Communications signed on 104.9 KBCT Maryville MO as Classic Hits “104.9 The Cat” on May 15.
The station will emphasize music from the 1980s and 90s, with the exception of a 70s show on Saturday nights.
Gregg Lynn, PD for co-owned Classic Hits “Joe Town 107.5” 1550 KESJ/K298DA St. Joseph MO, will add those duties for KBCT as well as host mornings. Lynn told the Maryville Record, “We want to be a part of the community. We’ll be running contests and games on-air, we’ll be in the community at events, and we’ll offer another choice for radio listeners in Maryville to listen at home, at work, and in the car.”
