Sun Broadcasting has expanded the coverage of “Fox Sports FM” 105.9 W290DB Naples/WFSX-HD2 Estero FL by readding 103.3 W277AP Bayshore/Fort Myers to the station on Tuesday.
The move ends the two year run of “Rock 103.3” on the frequency. W277AP had been part of the Sports brand until its flip to Rock in March 2022. The station carries the national Fox Sports Radio lineup outside of a 3-5pm show hosted by David Wasson, Miami Dolphins football and Miami Heat basketball.
The Sports brand had a 0.2 share in the March 2024 Nielsen Audio ratings, while the Rock format goes out with a 0.7.
