Salem Media Group has completed the sale of its corporate headquarters in Camarillo CA.
Salem sold its 41,546 square foot building on 2.79 acres just off US 101 to Eclipse RE Holdings LLC for $5.5 million with the deal closing on May 1. Salem will leaseback the building for five years as the company continues to sell off non-core assets.
