Carolina University sells Christian 980 WDYN Rossville GA and translators 94.7 W234CZ and 94.9 W235AO Chattanooga TN to the Dr. Byron Edens led WDYN Inc. for $200,000. Of the purchase price, $151,873.95 will be paid directly to Builtwell Bank to pay off the seller’s outstanding line of credit.

Jim Loftus’ JFLIV LLC sells 103.5 WHUN-FM Huntingdon, 1260 WLGJ Philipsburg/104.3 W283CV State College, 102.3 W272EN State College, and 107.1 W296CD Jonestown PA to Seven Mountains Media for $75,000. Loftus, the former COO of Seven Mountains Media, acquired the company’s former State College PA cluster for $1 million as part of Seven Mountains’ purchase of 34 stations from Forever Media. He then swapped each of those stations for the current properties.

Christopher Murray’s Georgia Radio Alliance acquires 99.3 W257DF Atlanta from Radio By Grace for $30,000. W257DF will rebroadcast New Ground Broadcasting’s Gospel 1430 WYZE Atlanta.

Mark Lumpkin and Mark Garrett’s Heirborn Broadcasting purchases 101.9 W270CE Rome GA from Radio By Grace for $8500. The translator already rebroadcasts the buyer’s Southern Gospel 1220 WZOT Rockmart.
