A round of cuts have been made at Meruelo Media Los Angeles with Classic Hip Hop 93.5 KDAY Santa Monica/93.5 KDEY-FM Ontario midday host PJ Butta among those departing the company.
Butta has been with KDAY since 2012 with time in afternoons and middays after a long run hosting nights at “92.3 The Beat” turned “100.3 The Beat” KKBT and a run at Rhythmic Oldies “Hot 92.3” KHHT. Butta also currently serves as in-game host for the Los Angeles Dodgers, serves as a professor in the radio program at Mt. San Antonio College, serves as imaging voice for “Jammin 101.5” KJHM Denver, and hosts the long-running syndicated “Official World Chart Show“.
