Harvard Media Brings More Play To Red Deer and Fort McMurray

Harvard Media has expanded its Rhythmic Hot AC “play” brand to to stations in Alberta.

Already utilized on “play 107.1” CKPW-FM Edmonton and “play 92.1” CHMX-FM Regina SK, the band debuted today on the former CHR “Kraze 101.3” CKIK-FM Red Deer and Hot AC “Mix 103.7” CFVR-FM Fort McMurray AB.

The company describes the “play” stations as a “dynamic brand resonating with women that seamlessly blends throwback pop with today’s hits. Led by dynamic hosts who live the play lifestyle, every note is infused with fun and vibrancy. Beyond music, play fosters community representation, providing a platform for diverse voices and fun. A dynamic force propelling the community into an entertaining, connected, and inclusive future, play is more than a radio station – it’s a celebration of shared nostalgia and contemporary enthusiasm.”

All of the stations will share talents. Mark & Jess, who host mornings in Regina and afternoons in Edmonton, will be heard in mornings in Red Deer. Edmonton morning hosts and Regina afternoon hosts Ryder & Lisa will also be heard in afternoons in Red Deer. All four stations will feature Jake Ryan in middays and Kierstyn Pare at night. Fort McMurray will retain Steph & John in mornings and Mike Booth in afternoons.
