The switch took place on New Years Day. Positioning as “Johnstown’s Oldies Station”, the change brings the “Kool” branding and Oldies back to the market following Seven Mountains Media shifting “Cool 101.7” WCCL Central City to Classic Hits as part of the network based at 103.1 WOWY State College under new WOWQ calls last May.
