Anne Gress Departs NJ 101.5/WPST

Townsquare Media has parted ways with Trenton NJ cluster Director of Content Anne Gress in an apparent budget cut.

Gress had joined the company in January 2018 as Program Director of Talk/Classic Hits “New Jersey 101.5” WKXW and added the same duties at CHR 94.5 WPST in December 2020. Prior to joining Townsquare, Gress spent fourteen years as Program Director of CBS Radio Classic Hits 98.1 WOGL Philadelphia from 2003 to 2017. She has also programmed Smooth Jazz 106.1 WJJZ and Operations Manager for Hip Hop “Power 99” WUSL Philadelphia and held on-air and programming roles at WMTX, WUSA, and WRBQ Tampa and Hot AC “Star 104.5” WYXR Philadelphia.

Townsquare now has ‘Sam Elliot’ Gagliardi listed as the Director of Content for both stations adding to his similar duties at the company’s Monmouth/Ocean NJ cluster. Gagliardi joined the company earlier this year after previously serving as President of Programming and Operations for Northern Lights Broadcasting/Go Media’s now-defunct Rhythmic CHR “Go 95.3” KZGO and Alternative “Go 96.3” KQGO Minneapolis as well as the multiple predecessor formats on 96.3 under Northern Lights and Radio One.
