The Cliff Dumas led BTC USA Holdings Management, which is now operating under the Local First Media Group name, has flipped Gospel 940 KTFS/105.9 K290CP Texarkana to all-Christmas as “Christmas 105.9“.
Local First Media Group closed on its acquisition of Frontier Media’s stations in Texarkana plus Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka AK earlier this year. The company also agreed to acquire J&J Broadcasting’s five stations in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in November 2022, but has not yet closed on that.
