Educational Media Foundation is adding a second FM in State College PA.
EMF will acquire Silent 94.5 WNLI (formerly WBHV-FM) State College from Jim Loftus’ JFLIV LLC in exchange for 107.1 W296CD Jonestown PA and $200,000. WNLI was the last of the four stations moved from Seven Mountains Media to Loftus’ holding company for divestiture following their purchase of 34 stations from Forever Media last year.
Educational Media Foundation already owns “K-Love” 107.9 WKPA Port Matilda in the State College market as this deal will allow the organization to bring the “Air 1” network to the market.
