Audacy Classic Hits “K-Earth 101” 101.1 KRTH Los Angeles has revealed a new logo.
The new visual identity is based around the gold on black license plates issued by the state of California between 1963 and 1968. The plates have also been issued on a specialty basis since 2015. The logo also bares a resemblance to one used by “K-West 106” 105.9 KWST in the late 70s.
KRTH had used a variation of its previous logo since the late 1970s with the only major change being the removal of its “Earth” iconography in 2013.
