On the day that most “Franken-FMs” are required to shut down their analog signal preventing them to keep operating, Kid’s Television LLC Classic Hits “87.7 The Bridge” WJMF-LP Jackson MS has gained a reprieve.
The station’s format and and branding have relocated to Radio Jackson LLC’s 1240 WZQK Flowood and Kid’s Television’s 94.3 W232DD Jackson. All three signals are owned by companies held by Kenneth Rainey Sr., while the “Bridge” is operated by William Griffin.
WZQK had been operating as Classic Country branded as “Super Country“.
