Mark Guiliani’s DataTech Digital LLC will acquire Country “US 98.5” WUSX Seaford DE for $300,000. Guiliani is Executive Vice President of Resort Broadcasting, the owner of Conservative Talk 92.7 WGMD Lewes DE. The deal also includes an option for Guiliani to acquire the real estate associated with the station within 18 months of closing for an additional $200,000.
Adams still has CHR “OC 104” 103.9 WOCQ Berlin MD and Oldies “Kool Oldies 104.3/105.1” W282AW Salisbury/W286BB Ocean Pines fed via WOCQ-HD2 to divest.
