Lazer Broadcasting purchases of 99.3 K257GE San Francisco from Hispanic Family Christian Network for $300,000. The translator is required to rebroadcast Audacy’s 1550 KGMZ San Francisco until November 2024. KGMZ currently airs Audacy’s LGBTQ+ “Channel Q” network. Lazer owns Regional Mexican “Radio Lazer” 1510 KSFN Piedmont in the San Francisco market.

Mid-Missouri Radio purchases 104.1 K281CT Cole Camp MO from Bott Radio’s Community Broadcasting for $40,000.

Andrew Corin Scott’s Wild Goose LLC purchases AAA 103.9 KSNO-FM Snowmass Village/Aspen CO from Cool Radio LLC for $250,000.

Clifford and Vicki Shank and Sue Jennings and Michael Hill are transferring Ad Astra Per Aspera Broadcasting to Christofer Charles Shank for $1.235 million. The company owns CHR “Hit Radio 94.7” KSKU Sterling, Classic Hits 95.9 KWHK Hutchinson, Classic Rock 100.3 KNZS Arlington, and Country “Kicks 106.1” KXKU Lyons KS.

Calvary Radio Network sells 88.1 WTZI Rosemont IL to Anuraag Tripathi’s RadioEd for $120,000. The buyer’s educational objective states, “The purpose of RadioEd is to build a strong community in the metropolitan Chicago area through music, outreach, and education. RadioEd is filing to acquire this noncommercial FM radio station (WTZI) in the Chicago metropolitan area to broadcast educational content to the local community. RadioEd plans on broadcasting international news, commentary, children’s stories, and music. The goal is to share multicultural content with our diverse listener base and identify ways they can interact with each other within our community.”

Laurens County Communications sells Oldies/Beach 1410 WPCC Clinton SC to Pat Patterson’s Large Time Radio Network LLC for $1175.40. Patterson owns 96.5 W243CU Clinton, which rebroadcasts WPCC, where he serves as Program Director and hosts afternoons.
