Withers Broadcasting relaunched Soft AC 102.3 WEBQ-FM El Dorado IL as “102.3 Lite-FM” on January 1.
The station, which covers the southeastern corner of Illinois, is now utilizing programming from Local Radio Networks. It will continue to feature local high school sports and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
