Noah Britt’s Tri-City Radio will purchase Christian 1110 WTOF Bay Minette/Mobile AL from Dave Miniard’s UM Enterprise for $25,000. The buyer already owns “Talk Radio 1000” WJNZ Robertsdale in the Mobile market and Sports “1580 The Game” WPMO Pascagoula-Moss Point MS. Miniard purchased WTOF and 1360 WMOB/95.7 W239CW Mobile from The Buddy Tucker Association in April for $100.

Radio Tropical Inc. tranfers 106.7 W294CR Tampa FL to Cristian Vallejo’s Crisbeto Enterprises for no consideration. Crisbeto Enterprises acquired the translator’s parent signal Spanish Variety “Super Q” 1300 WQBN Temple Terrace from Radio Tropical in August for $850,000 after operating the station via LMA since April 2017.
