Saunders joins WWPL/WPLW-FM from Verstandig Broadcasting Country 104.7 WAYZ Hagerstown MD where she had hosted afternoons since March 2021. It also marks a return to Curtis Media as she previously worked at the company’s Boone NC cluster starting as a board op and rising to afternoon host at Country “Highway 106.1/102.3” WMMY Jefferson/WWMY Beech Mountain and Music Director/afternoon host on CHR “Pulse Boone” 1200 WXIT Blowing Rock/95.3 W237EG Boone.
