97.5 The Fanatic Launches New Lineup With Kincade and Salciunas In Mornings

Beasley Media Sports “97.5 The Fanatic” WPEN-FM Burlington NJ/Philadelphia has revealed a new on-air lineup debuting on Monday, March 18.

Current midday host Andrew Salciunas will move up to mornings to join John Kincade and producer Connor Thomas. Salciunas has spent his entire career at WPEN-FM, mostly as a producer before moving up to host following the departure of Anthony Gargano last Fall. Kincade joined the station in January 2021 after two decades in Atlanta hosting at “680/93.7 The Fan” WCNN from 2000-2020. He previously worked at “790 The Zone” WQXI Atlanta and hosted national weekend shows for ESPN Radio and CBS Sports Radio. The Philadelphia area native began his career at 610 WIP.

Morning co-host Bob Cooney will move to middays. Cooney has been with the station since 2017 after spending 25 years as a columnist for the Philadelphia Daily News. In making the on-air announcement at 12pm today, Salciunas noted that more changes are coming, which multiple reports could be the return of former afternoon host Mike Missanelli to the station.

Pat Egan, who has also been a producer at the station for the past decade, will take over “Philadelphia Sports Tonight” in evenings from 6-10pm. “The Best Show Ever” with Tyrone Johnson, Ricky Botallico, Hunter Brody and Jennifer Scordo remains in afternoons.

“I am truly excited to pair John and Andrew for a new sports show that will reflect the energy and passion of the Philadelphia sports fan,” said station Program Director Scott Masteller.
