Ahead of the upcoming launch of its new John Foxx led morning show, Audacy Classic Hits 101.1 WCBS-FM New York is adding a new programming element as it will add a 15 minute simulcast of News 880 WCBS from 5:30 to 5:45am starting today.
The simulcast will feature WCBS morning anchors Wayne Cabot And Paul Murnane exposing the station’s newscasts to an FM audience for the first time. It follows sister News 1010 WINS adding a 24/7 simulcast on 92.3 last October.
