FCC Report 11/3: Audacy Preps Combined Dallas Antenna

FCC Actions
The FCC has tentatively selected winning applicants for the two of the MX’d groups from the 2012 non-commercial filing window.

In Group 93 for 91.5 serving different communities in suburban Milwaukee WI, Waterloo Christian Radio Corporation and Optima Enrichment, Inc. have been selected as co-selectees and directed to come to a voluntary time-sharing agreement. Waterloo Christian Radio Corporation applied for a Class B1 in Ixonia and Optima Enrichment for a B1 in Delafield. Those two applications were chosen after being tied through three tiebreakers over Community Public Radio’s application for a Class C3 in Waukesha and The Family Radio Network’s application for a Class A in Jackson.

New Beginnings Movement Inc.’s application for a Class A on 88.5 in Seymour IN has been chosen over six other applicants for Group 95 in Indiana and Kentucky chosen based on it winning the final tie-breakers over Appalachian Educational Communication Corporation and Olivet Nazarene University over having the least amount of attributable station authorizations.
