Rubber City Radio Group’s newly rebranded “107.3 Alternative Cleveland” WNWV Elyria OH has announced the appointments of Tony Mazur as Program Director and Alyssa Ursetti as Music Director.
Mazur has with the company’s Soft AC 1590/93.5 WAKR Akron since 2015 rising to APD in 2018 and also serving as producer of their Ray Horner morning show. He has worked at multiple stations in Northeast Ohio including serving as morning show producer at Sports “92.3 The Fan” WKRK.
Ursetti joined Rubber City Radio Group in 2014 as Administrative Sales Assistant. She rose to Promotions Director of WAKR and Classic Rock 97.5 WONE in 2018 and added those duties for WNWV in October 2021.
Nick Anthony, Senior Vice President Rubber City Radio Group today announced two promotions within the group, Tony Mazur and Alyssa Ursetti.
Tony Mazur’s new position is program director at WNWV-FM/107.3 Alternative Cleveland. This comes after nearly seven years at sister station WAKR, three of those years as assistant program director.
Tony has been with the Rubber City Radio Group since 2015. Prior to making his way to Akron, he spent his entire career in the Cleveland radio market, most notably as a producer, promotions, and on-air.
In addition to his radio duties, Tony also hosts his own podcast and performs standup comedy, opening for many prominent comedians since 2014. He is also a recent newlywed, as he tied the knot with his wife Leah in 2020.
Alyssa Ursetti joins WNWV-FM/107.3 Alternative Cleveland as Music Director. Ursetti has been with the Rubber City Radio Group for just over 7 years, nearly 4 years with sister stations 97.5 WONE and 93.5/1590 WAKR as Promotions Director.
She loves and lives the ALT lifestyle and is excited to mix passion with profession. Alyssa is married and lives in the Akron area.
