103.7 The Game Expands Into Lake Charles

Delta Media Corporation has expanded its Sports brand from Lafayette LA into Lake Charles.

104.1 KLCJ Oak Grove/Lake Charles has dropped its simulcast of Conservative Talk 1520 KFXZ/98.5 K253CO Lafayette and is now simulcasting Sports “103.7 The Game” KLWB-FM Carencro/Lafayette. The station has rebranded in the process from “Acadiana’s Sports Station” to “Southwest Louisiana’s Sports Station”.

The move brings the Sports format back to Lake Charles following Cumulus Media turning in the license of 1580 KXZZ Lake Charles at the end of 2021.

The Game just got bigger. With its top-rated and award-winning lineup of live and local sports talk shows, and serving as an affiliate for both the Houston Astros and LSU Tigers, 103.7 The Game (KLWB) has grown into Acadiana’s Sports Station.

With the station approaching its 10th anniversary, The Game is expanding its reach from Acadiana to Southwest Louisiana. Beginning Monday, February 7, The Game will be heard in both the greater Lafayette and Lake Charles metropolitan areas as the station will be now known as THE GAME 103.7 Lafayette and 104.1 Lake Charles (KLCJ) — Southwest Louisiana’s Sports Station.

We are thrilled that we have the opportunity to give those residents live and local sports talk and live sports to enjoy.”

Listeners in both markets will get the same live and local sports talk with such weekday shows as RP3 & Company (6-9a), Footenotes with Kevin Foote (9-11a) and the Jordy Hultberg Show (2-4p).
